Law Day 2017 Children's Program: U.S. District Court Judge Mary S. Scriven, Keynote Speaker

The Justice Parker Lee McDonald Law Library and the Highlands County Bar Association invite you to this celebration of our legal system and freedoms in downtown Sebring.  Our keynote speaker, U.S. District Court Judge Mary S. Scriven of the Middle District of Florida will speak on this year's theme, "The 14th Amendment: Transforming American Democracy." 

This children's program will feature Judge Scriven awarding cash prizes and medals to the winners of our county-wide Law Day 2017 student essay and poster contests, from the kindergarten level all the way up to the high school level.  

All students and their families are welcome to attend this program.

**There is no fee to attend this event, but pre-registration online is encouraged.**
